Course 1: Henri Bourgeois, Val de Loir Sauvignon Blanc, paired with Caviar Croissant & Creme Fraiche Bread Pudding
Course 2: Clos Henri, Sauvignon Blanc Otira Single Vineyard, paired with Scallop Crudo, St. Germaine Poached Peaches, and Almonds
Course 3: Henri Bourgeois Sancerre Rouge, paired with Short Rib Bourguignon

Artists of the month
As a part of our program Fresh Voices and Vision with partner NewGate School in Lakewood Ranch, here is student Eli Smith’s acrylic on watercolor paper piece, “When Pigs Fly”.
In support of the arts, Arts & Central has partnered with Lakewood Ranch’s NewGate School to showcase artwork by upper school students on the back of our August dinner menus.
This month, our lunch menus will also feature some of our published poetry’s greatest hits. Each menu will include a poem by one of eight recently featured Arts & Central poets, touching on everything from nostalgia for the nighttime sky to the quiet joys of being a kitchen poet.
