Santa will be making a special visit to Arts & Central on December 15th from 11AM - 1PM. The Arts & Central Elves will serve a special brunch menu to celebrate his arrival.

🎨 Artist of The Month

Mary Sencabaugh is a mixed media artist based in Sarasota, Florida. A Sarasota native, she graduated from Booker High School’s VPA art program in 2006. After living in South Korea and outside Fort Campbell, KY, she developed a passion for physics, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Austin Peay State University in 2017. She then returned to Sarasota to raise her family.

"Through my art I seek to explore the interactions between different materials and forces, such as two particles interacting with each other, or the intricate meld between land and sea. I seek to capture the mathematics of nature and the small beautiful moments that happen around us every day. I am an avid gardener and aquarist, and find a lot of inspiration in the diverse plants and animals of South Florida. I also run a small business, Jibberish, inspired by my kids.”
