Then, on February 19th, join us for our Sweethearts Wine Dinner—an intimate night of thoughtfully crafted cuisine, curated wines, and art woven seamlessly into the experience!

February Artist of the Month
Join us Sunday, February 22nd, at 5 PM as we welcome featured artist Barbara Swan. Meet the artist, explore her work woven throughout our menus and space, and enjoy an evening where dinner and art come together as one experience.

Barbara Swan spent 30 years in the furniture and design industry before turning to painting in 2009, channeling a lifelong passion for color, texture, and design into her work. Inspired by photographs from her travels throughout Italy and Europe, her paintings explore architectural details, landscapes, and gardens through rich textures, palette-knife techniques, and vibrant color. A member of Artists of Palmer Ranch since 2010, her work has been exhibited throughout Sarasota and is currently featured in the Art Center of Sarasota Members Show.

New February Cocktails: February is shaking things up behind the bar. Our new February Cocktail Menu brings fresh pours, elevated dessert cocktails, and a few unexpected twists!


New Lunch Plates: Alongside lunch-sized portions of select favorites, we’ve introduced all-new dishes created specifically for midday dining—fresh, thoughtful, and just as intentional as dinner. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or lingering a little longer, the new lineup offers more ways to enjoy Arts & Central in the middle of the day!

What’s Happening in February
Sweathearts Wine Dinner: Fall in love with February flavors at our Sweethearts Wine Dinner, a four-course paired dining experience celebrating romance and exceptional craftsmanship. Each course is thoughtfully curated and expertly paired with acclaimed wines from Paul Hobbs Winery, highlighting a world-class approach to balance, elegance, and terroir-driven flavor. From the first sip to the final course, enjoy a seamless harmony of inspired cuisine and renowned wines—an intimate evening designed to be shared with someone special!

BOGO Mimosas: Sundays, 10 AM–4 PM — Enjoy two mimosas for the price of one and savor our full brunch menu.
Sip & Savor Thursdays: Unwind on Thursdays from 4 PM to close with half-price select wines by the glass, perfectly paired with our creative cuisine.
Bites & Bottles: Unwind every Tuesday night: purchase two entrées and receive a complimentary bottle of wine (up to $40), or apply a $40 credit toward any higher-priced bottle.
Happy Hour: Every day from 2–6 PM, join us in the bar & lounge for Happy Hour. Enjoy $10 craft cocktails, $7 wine, and select beers, all paired with a delicious happy hour menu.
Sips & Sliders: Weekends are for sliders. Join us every Saturday from 11 AM–4 PM for your choice of slider and a drink for $18. Simple, satisfying, and officially your new lunch plan!
February Valentine’s Day Dinner: Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Arts & Central. Join us for an intimate evening featuring a gourmet three-course dinner, highlighted by a dessert experience from celebrity pastry chef Stephanie Boswell. Thoughtfully crafted dishes, curated flavors, and a dining experience designed for the occasion.
