Stephanie Boswell is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef, television personality, and tastemaker best known as a regular judge for Food Network’s Halloween Baking Championship , Spring Baking Championship, Buddy vs Duff as well as a recurring guest on Chopped Sweets, Supermarket Stakeout, Beat Bobby Flay, amongst the many other Discovery properties that she can be seen on.

Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu

Starter (Choice of 1)

• Thinly sliced Big Eye Tuna laid on top of bacon and onion jam, dusted with coffee crumb and crushed pistachio.

• Oven-roasted Japanese eggplant glazed with miso over chilled buckwheat noodles, shaved carrots, seasoned cucumber, finished with a spritz of lime juice, baby basil leaves, and Marcona almonds.

Entrée (Choice of 1)

• Red wine and veal broth-braised short rib in mirepoix and aromatics, with Yorkshire pudding baked in rosemary-steeped whole milk, alongside carrots glazed with honey and sesame

• Seared salmon cooked medium, atop coconut milk creamed corn with an herb salad made from fresh red oak, green oak, baby gem, arugula, and spinach, gently tossed in a truffle lemon vinaigrette.

• Cauliflower, slowly oven-roasted with a house-made curry spice blend, served over a warm corn, edamame, and butterbean succotash, topped with toasted and crushed cashews.
